The Guild is designed for suppliers who want to operate with greater credibility, organization and professional standards. Approved members receive a digital Guild membership card and may submit gemstones and jewellery for Guild review and potential opportunities. The Guild may introduce a member to a prospective buyer when a suitable opportunity arises, but membership does not guarantee a specific number of introductions, inquiries, transactions or sales.

Complete Payment
Review the membership terms and complete the applicable annual membership payment securely through Stripe.

Submit Application
After payment, complete the supplier application with your required personal, business and gemstone information, including a valid referral code.

Provide ID
Provide the required government-issued identification and business registration information, where applicable.

Guild Review
The Guild reviews the application and verification information. Any additional requests are handled by email.

Approval
Once the Guild approves the application, you receive written confirmation by email.

Digital Membership Card
Your digital Guild membership card is sent by email and shows your member name, business name when applicable, member ID and current membership period.

What you will need
Prepare for Your Membership Application
Before applying, please have the following information ready. The Guild uses this information to review your application and verify your identity and business information. All application communication is handled by email.
Referral Code
A valid referral code from an existing Guild member or a Guild invitation is required for the application.
Full Name & Contact Information
Your full legal name, address, phone number and email address. Guild communication is handled by email.
Business Information
Your business name, address and business registration information, where applicable.
Gems/Jewellery Types
The types of gemstones you supply are required. The Guild accepts gemstones and jewellery; rough stones are not accepted.
Government ID & Verification
Government-issued identification is required. The Guild may request additional information needed to verify your identity and business information.
Optional Online Presence
Website or social media information may be provided if available, but it is optional.
